With over 18 years of experience fitting and optimising hearing aids, including time spent working for a hearing aid manufacturer, I take a highly individualised and evidence-based approach to hearing care. Every fitting begins with a detailed diagnostic assessment to understand hearing thresholds, listening goals, and lifestyle needs. I use real-ear measurement and advanced programming techniques to ensure devices are precisely calibrated for comfort, clarity, and speech understanding in challenging environments. I also fit and fine-tune assistive listening devices such as TV streamers, remote microphones, and Bluetooth accessories to maximise communication and independence.

I have a special interest in complex cases, helping people who have previously struggled with hearing aids to rediscover clear hearing and confidence. My goal is always to keep hearing aids in your ears, not in the drawer—through careful adjustment, counselling, and long-term support. I work with all leading hearing aid brands and ensure each solution is tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

Hearing aid appointments vary from 30 to 60 minutes, and are free if your devices were purchased at Hinterland Hearing. If your devices were purchased elsewhere, a hearing check and hearing aid adjustment appointment is $75. Private health rebates may apply, and I am an accredited provider under the Australian Government’s Hearing Services Program, offering fully or partially subsidised hearing aids and services for eligible pensioners and veterans.
